How, dude? I’ve never even gotten a warning from a mod.

I wish there was something like this on the market that doesn’t have a chatbot built in and doesn’t have Razr branding. My wife would love a holographic waifu in a jar!
This is the answer. Not sure how they are with LGBT rights, but they are big into preservation of their wildlife. Like, you can get fined for running over a turtle big.

3·1 month agoThe only way I could do that was if you had to do a little more work and I would be happy with it but you have a hard day and you don’t want me working on your day so you don’t want me doing that so you can get it all over with your own thing I would be fine if I was just trying not being rude to your friend or something but you don’t want me being mean and rude and rude and you just want me being mean I would just like you know that and you know I would like you and you know what I’m talking to do I would love you to do and you would love you too and you would like you know what to say and you would like you to me
It’s absolutely crazy that humans are not given the same graceful death and are often expected to suffer to the end at the hands of nurses and doctors in a cold, sterile hospital bed :(

I also enjoy using the remote control feature to troll our cats while I’m at work.
There are privacy concerns, (mine is a Dreame), but we are already so far from an ironclad privacy operation that I feel keeping my wife from the purchase would be needlessly cruel.

Asklemmy@lemmy.ml•What are some common things people buy that you would never buy?
3·3 months agoI’ve just been burned too many times. There are so many great turn-based games, but they have never held my attention. 4x and ttgs are exceptions, I guess, although the last 4x I played was Civ V.
I’ve tried:
Yakuza Like a Dragon
Darkest Dungeon
Pokémon Videogames
Valkyria Chronicles
If I play another turn-based game, it will be Bauldur’s Gate 3. I’ve been on the fence about purchasing it since it came out.

I love Lemmy, and would never ask for it to change. Call me crazy, but I have essentially zero problems with the content and comments posted (barring shit news sources). If I want to disengage from the misery of the world, I can read a book or play a game or make music or something. I suppose I’ve adapted over the years.
It is, in my opinion, unrealistic and unwarranted to expect the userbase to self-sensor, and it is ESPECIALLY unrealistic and against the ethos of the program to hand out bans for calls to action, as some users are suggesting in the comments here. Perhaps .world should launch a spinoff instance that can satisfy these criteria, I don’t know. Passivity and complacency can be nice, but are altogether unproductive, in my mind. We need people to be frustrated, angry, and hungry.
Lemmy has also opened my eyes to the world of open source software, something I am tremendously thankful for.
I’m not satisfied with this comment, it feels sloppy, but I want to get my feelings out there!
