Mine probably isn’t that secret these days, but almost every sauce I add nutritional yeast to. Curry, chilli, bolognese, it just makes them all better.

Yup. That’s why you add a little to a whole pot. It’s a flavor enhancer. Besides anything you make is way less than anything you get premade
