Western economy dominated the world, and now a whole separate economy is emerging around BRICS which is already a bigger economic bloc than the G7. This directly shrinks the size of western economy, and that’s already resulted in a recession in Europe, and soon will lead to one in US as well. Lacking a functional economy and industrial capacity the west will continue losing its influence globally.
