This is the reason why the other world leaders dont recognize Taiwan. There’s also Tibet… China has secret police stations across the globe spying and harassing citizens of nations who have expatriated… The Philippines… Japan… Opium wars… Not really a enemy but a frienemy.

Because China has been engaged in a civil among itself with a US or western friendly faction surviving on Taiwan.
