How is the pocket dimension anchored? If I was on a plane and teleported to my pocket dimension, and then came back 5 minutes later, would I still be in the plane? Or would I be where the plane used to be 5 minutes ago?
Are you implying OP and the chickadee are in cahoots?
Microsoft shall be owned by all!
The part supplier is the issue, the airlines weren’t aware they were being sold counterfeit parts. Chances are that many airlines, including small ones, purchased parts from this supplier. I’d be more likely to trust an airline that found these counterfeit parts than one who didn’t, it means they have a good maintenance / inspection system.
Yes! They’re just like us (divorced). Except birds.
Partyparrot. I just want to see more videos and photos of birds having a good time.
Like this guy.
They’re even tagged!
The “bird” tag contains almost exclusively seagulls and chickens. Not a birdwatcher, I suppose.
hey all you cool cats and kittens!
Fairly sure Carol Baskin made this website.
As I read, I found myself tilting my phone back more and more to get the photos as out-of-focus as possible while still being able to read. By the time the hot dogs vanished, I found myself unable to continue.
I salute this person’s dedication to scientific discovery, but I could smell those photos through the screen. Nope.
Oops, sorry. We stand with you!
Aren’t you on strike?
When you can’t trust the company not to paywall your contribution or hold it hostage, it’s time to sever ties and do what you can to kill the platform. Every new contribution to Reddit is a further waste of our collective efforts. The sooner the platform dies the sooner contributors move somewhere else where their posts will be in safer hands.
Hmm, space is a little different because so many products are one-offs. It’s hard to design checklists and detailed procedures when you’re making what are essentially prototypes each time. So you make more general processes and then your engineers apply them as needed to each unique build. It can end up looking like a bit of a mess. Space builds rely a lot on expert techs, good modular documentation, and multiple layers of engineering oversight because things change along the way and you can’t always plan for it.
I’m a process engineer at a different aerospace company. I standardize as much as I can and work hard to make instructions clear but man it’s a struggle. Boeing’s space group needs to pay people enough to retain good talent, because they’re all making decisions all day long.
