It seems like you are getting more knee jerk than actual answers here. There is no evidence of any discrimination in asking to deblur the camera by itself. It also has nothing to do with an I9 validation. The I9 validation is checking for employment eligibility and citizenship status and that’s it. See below for the remote procedures. The employer’s obligation is to be consistent in the procedure and not discriminatory with the procedure based on race, gender, etc. I just think that HR drone is a dumbass.

Lastly, I think based on your other response to another poster she should take the job and just be keenly aware if anyone else in HR asks other funny stuff. There can always be dumbasses in every department and that’s not a reflection of their ability to be lawful or a bad company. I also think it’s worth reporting the person if they keep doing funny stuff.

I think a good BA is critical to the process because lots of end users have no idea how to put their ideas onto paper.

Oh no… no need. Just frustrating how Google buys up good companies to expand their footprint and then shutters them when they’ve used them up for their temporary worth. It’s like Smartthings. I retired my trusty 2012 Mac mini a year ago. It just got unruly. The M2 mini is fantastic and I paired it with a Synology 920+. I don’t think the RAM is critical unless you are moving lots of data all of the time from the local machine. I think SSD/NVME cache is where it’s at.

It’s strange that it has a 90 for the clean out and also has an open connection on the right. If this is a vent stack it should be stinking up the place always. I guess maybe when the washing machine drains it creates some negative pressure that causes methane to leak in. If the vertical pipe is actually a vent stack you should be able to plug the open connection on the right side. Another comment is make sure any p trap has a bit of water in it. Traps will also leak methane when they start to dry out.

Where will the target be? Online or local? Rsync is really easy to use and the target files are browse-able. I could be too dense but I find online buckets aren’t easily browse-able. Even a homemade NAS might be a good choice and it’s easily scalable.
