Protomolecule for that scifi feel
Protomolecule for that scifi feel
Oh I agree. It’s not an easy read at all. Took me for sure three times longer to finish Neuromancer than a another similarly long sci-fi book.
Language without explanation and a plot that you view from a frog perspective is really confusing.
I can’t say it’s a master piece but I enjoyed it for it’s uniqueness and would probably read it again …sometime in a decade or so.
Currently trying to read through Count Zero, but boy is it hard. Mostly because I don’t feel for any of the characters.
How is this even possible? Aren’t sentences supposed to come with the verdict?
The punishment might come at a later date (it might in my country where you can be told that in 3 months you will serve jail time), but the sentence?
But have can you delay a sentence?
I mean it sounds so foreign to be told in court that “Yeah you’re deemed guilty… but we’re telling you your punishment later. Maybe.” instead of just BAM guilty, straight to jail it will be!
Question from another European about that, he’s convicted but never got a sentence? Or did he and why in that case isn’t he serving?
Except the terminal and a few other places.
While it’s very good looking, it’s not extremely practical with no difference (almost) between lower case and upper case letters.
