Having an older phone system doesn’t protect you against heart disease.

You joke but honestly I would rather feel normal and live with an increased risk of heart disease than feel awful 24/7 for my whole like like I do on a low-sodium diet. At least I can exercise and reduce unhealthy fat intake to help my risk.

And the “lower sodium is more heart healthy” thing was, if I’m remembering a podcast I once listened to right, only consistently true for people that already had high blood pressure. Normal blood pressure people saw more mixed results with a low sodium diet.
