given the connector , it’s not just a bunch of cells in that box. So not sure if we’ll be able to cram more W/h in the same space but I can definitely see larger boxes with longer battery life. My guess is they didn’t want to make a bulky and heavy device. If you want to be on it for longer then plug in the wall (or a secondary battery pack)
I’m guessing most/all of the processing of power for the components is happening on the brick, and that the pins are individual power per component and whatever signals are needed back. You won’t be able to just replace the brick with third party ones because it’s more than just a battery. I could easily see third party packs with a dock-like cutout for the brick to feel like one piece though. It wouldn’t be hard to do.

Maybe, but the marketing shows the M2 and R1 chips behind the lenses of the device. Hard to know…
