We’re currently playing Sunderfolk, it’s a great game so far, kids and grown ups (it’s got a bunch of reading and strategy, so it depends on the kid)

As someone else said, Jackbox games are plenty fun, much lighter, each party pack has 4-5 different games, and they go on sale often on steam. Look through the videos for each pack to get an idea of the games it comes with.

I’ve got my steam library loaded, and I’ll soon have a set of emulators. It’s all streamed from the hosting pc, from a set of docker containers that auto load/unload

So… I started “Self hosting” wolf/games on whales this past week from my laptop, this lets me play easy on the tv with a gamepad, and with some tweaks, will let my kid play while I use the laptop. Bazzite running on a framework 16, my only complaint is the fans.

The ai generated websites are the absolute worst if you want information, and at this point, they are everywhere.

I make strides in mathematics all the time. Usually lateral, sometimes backwards, but strides nonetheless.

Edit: maybe an ai can now say how many r’s are in the word strawberry
